The performance of the agreement by either party is subject to acts of nature, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or any other emergency making it impossible to provide the facilities contracted

Please bring the the swimsuit due all villas completed with private large pool and completed with sunbathing chairs and also the floating stuff.
Bar & Restaurant area are avilable for receiving Guest's visitors.
Keep your door lock closed when not in the room or when you are sleeping.
Pets are not allowed in the premises.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

1. After confirmed by our system, your reservation will be secured and the room was blocked as your requested.  

2. Any cancellation must be in written by email or fax with subject to approval of The Beverly Hills Bali.

3· Any cancellation made within 14 days (during low season) and 30 days (during High/Peak Season 1 July until 31 August and 20 December until 5 January ) prior to guest arrival, will result in the forfeiting of 1 (one) night accommodation cancellation penalty.

4· Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival, or in case of no show or early check out, a full nights booking charge will be applied.
